It depends which country you're in, and which shipping option you choose at checkout. It won't be 'next day shipping' though! 

As an independent author working with an independent printer, I can't go as fast as the big online stores, but the quality of the books is excellent, and you're supporting a stronger creative eco-system.

Each book is printed individually and sent to you from the independent printer which has printing and distribution centres in Australia, USA, Canada and the UK.

It can take 10-15 working days depending on where you live. Thank you for your patience!

How can I buy a signed book?

I love signing books for readers! All the paperbacks have a 'signed paperback' option. I will send a personalised signed bookplate (a sticker) to you from my home here in Australia. It may arrive before or after your actual book.

If I buy an e-book, how do I read it? Can I get it on my favourite device?

Once you purchase an ebook, you will get an email from help@bookfunnel.com with a link to download the ebook, or you can send the ebook directly to your favourite device. If the email hasn’t arrived in 10 minutes after purchase, please look for it in your Spam folder.

You can also find your ebooks in your Bookfunnel library at https://My.BookFunnel.com. Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books.

If I buy an audiobook, how do I listen to it? Can I get it on my favourite device?

Once you purchase an audiobook, you will get an email from help@bookfunnel.com with a link to download the audiobook, and instructions for how to download and listen in their app, or on another device.

If the email hasn’t arrived in 10 minutes after purchase, please look for it in your Spam folder.

Why would I buy a paperback from you when I can get it cheaper and faster on the online stores?

Great question!

There is no way I can compete with the big online stores, so basically, you are supporting me as an independent author, and also my independent printer, which is much appreciated! 

The books are excellent quality and I often sell special formats and bundles here, as well as merchandise, that I don't sell elsewhere, so you can get exclusive deals and better pricing here.

How does it help authors if I buy direct?

If you buy direct, we get paid within hours or days, rather than months — which helps us create more books. Thank you!

We can also email you to tell you about other books you might enjoy.

While authors love the big stores and you can find our books there too, it's becoming pretty crowded on those sales pages! Our direct stores allow us to feature our products without having other products advertised against them. 

Can I order your books from my local bookstore or library?

Yes, you should be able to order my books in-store as they are included in the catalogues that bookstores order from. Just ask in the bookstore. Same goes with the library - just ask the library for it and they will order it in.
